If you contact the Firm by phone or email, we may process your name, contact details and the information and documents you send us about your request.
Purposes
We process personal data to assess your request, to communicate with you, to provide legal services and to meet our legal obligations.

We rely on the grounds in Article 5 of the KVKK: processing directly related to entering into or performing a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, and legitimate interest.
Transfers
Personal data may be shared only as the service requires and in line with the law, with competent public authorities and courts.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, and exercise your other rights by writing to [email protected].
